Variation on the Black Flip from the PDT cocktail book.
2 oz Brooklyn Chocolate Stout
1.5 oz Root (by Art in the Age)
.5 oz Demerara syrup
A few drops of Scrappy's Chocolate bitters
Dry shake all but bitters. Add ice and shake more. Double strain into a glass. Top foam with a few drops of Scrappy's chocolate bitters.
