About this Cocktail

Variation on the Black Flip from the PDT cocktail book.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Brooklyn Chocolate Stout
  • 1.5 oz Root (by Art in the Age)
  • .5 oz Demerara syrup
  • Whole egg
  • A few drops of Scrappy's Chocolate bitters
Preparation:

Dry shake all but bitters. Add ice and shake more. Double strain into a glass. Top foam with a few drops of Scrappy's chocolate bitters.
