About this Cocktail
From Mike Ryan of the Sable Kitchen & Bar in Chicago
2 oz Willett Pot Still Reserve
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz cinnamon syrup (1:1 simple syrup infused with cinnamon)
1 egg white
1 dash angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients, saving egg white for last. Add egg white, shake briefly without ice, add ice, shake well. Strain, serve up, garnish with three drops angostura bitters, swirled.
