About this Cocktail

From Mike Ryan of the Sable Kitchen & Bar in Chicago

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Willett Pot Still Reserve
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup (1:1 simple syrup infused with cinnamon)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, saving egg white for last. Add egg white, shake briefly without ice, add ice, shake well. Strain, serve up, garnish with three drops angostura bitters, swirled.

    I tried making one with an added dash of fee bros black walnut bitters. Was pretty tasty. Thanks for sharing.
