About this Cocktail
A sweet and refreshing twist on one my personal classics, The Ramos Gin Fizz!
1 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
1 oz Heavy Cream
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Creme de Mure
3/4 oz egg white
1.5 Sloe Berry Gin
1/2 oz Martin Miller's Gin
Muddle 3 Blackberries and add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake.
Add ice into shaker and shake again.
Double strain into glass.
Garnish with a Blackberry, mist glass with Absinthe Spray.
