Carrying on my conclusion from the Improved Quart Hadas Daiquiri (early name for Cartagena) re shrubs I'm applying it to the under-rated White Lady. Ie using it as an additional component to modify the flavour rather than a replacement for the original sweet or sour element. And given that the shrub is apple I've switched the Cointreau out and replaced with Crème De Mûre and dropped the egg white. So not a white lady at all really but there you go. Delicious and pretty.
