About this Cocktail

It's a classic I stumbled upon in the 1930s edition of the Waldorf's cocktail menu and have just loved bitters and vermouth ever since!

Ingredients:
  • 15ml Punt E Mes
  • 45ml Sipsmith's Sloe Gin
  • 3 Dashes of a home made, blood orange, blackberry and star anise bitters.
Preparation:

Very simple. Throw all your ingredients into a mixing glass, stir to taste and then pour.
