About this Cocktail
I was in the mood for a spring cocktail and came up with this.
2 oz monkey 47 gin
.75 oz Meyer lemon juice
.75 oz thyme simple syrup
.25 oz sherry
Muddle blueberries in the shaker. Dry shake all the ingredients and then add ice and shake again. Garnish with an edible flower and flower extracts.
