About this Cocktail
3 parts dark rum
3 parts Wray & Nephew Overproof rum
2 parts Carpano Antica Formula
1 part Oleo Saccharum
1 part fresh lime
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and stir with large lumps of ice. Taste and adjust for sweetness and acidity. Ladle into wine glasses.
Zest 1 lime, 1 lemon, 1 orange. Muddle with 6 oz sugar. Leave for 1 hour. Add the juice from the naked fruits and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain and bottle.
