About this Cocktail

Mischievously refreshing.

Ingredients:
  • 3 parts dark rum
  • 3 parts Wray & Nephew Overproof rum
  • 2 parts Carpano Antica Formula
  • 1 part Oleo Saccharum
  • 1 part fresh lime
Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and stir with large lumps of ice. Taste and adjust for sweetness and acidity. Ladle into wine glasses.

Oleo Saccharum:
Zest 1 lime, 1 lemon, 1 orange. Muddle with 6 oz sugar. Leave for 1 hour. Add the juice from the naked fruits and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain and bottle.
