About this Cocktail

Named for Robert Burns, a Scottish poet laureate, who wrote auld lang syne.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Highland malt scotch
  • .75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 bar spoon Benedicine
Preparation:

Stir over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
The traditional garnish is a shortbread cookie (served on the side). But a lemon twist works nicely as well.
