Made for the first round of the Bournemouth Bartenders League, inspired by the Great British pub and Burn's Night.
Ingredients:

50ml Monkey Shoulder

50ml Hebridean Gold Ale reduction

20 drops of homemade Coffee & Pecan bitters

3 drops of Maple bitters

1 barspoon of Demerara sugar

Egg white

Grated nutmeg garnish

Serve with Haggis Crisps
Preparation:
Shake and Strain
Serve in a handle half pint glass upon its own beer matt, alongside the crisps in a classically opened packet
