The Bohannon is attributed to the Deep Ellum bar in Allston, MA. Note that their current recipe for this drink lists Yellow Chartreuse while the original from about 5 years ago called for Green Chartreuse. Either way, this is a fantastic cocktail that features each of the ingredients well. My recommendation would be to prioritize the Terroir gin and use whatever Chartreuse you have. 2 oz gin (i used St. George Terroir, but not sure what the recipe calls for)
1/2 oz Kronan Swedish Punsch
1/2 oz Yellow or Green Chartreuse
Combine ingredients except pepper in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir and strain into a coupe glass. Add black pepper for garnish.
