About this Cocktail
Vegetal but sweet, this drink very gently hits many different notes at once.
Manuel Terron made this to promote Midori during a 2012 cocktail competition at the Hotel du Vin in Royal Tunbridge Wells, UK.
1 inch cucumber
1 sprig lemon thyme
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz Midori
.5 oz apple juice
1 dash of absinthe
Method: Muddle cucumber and thyme, then add ice with remaining ingredients and shake. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish: Sprig of lemon thyme and cucumber slice.
