About this Cocktail
A play off the classic Bombay cocktail. It replaces the brandy with cognac, and Grand Marnier with Benedictine, resulting in a smokier more herbal flavor.
2oz Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
.25oz Sweet Vermouth
.25oz Dry Vermouth
1 bar spoon Benedictine
1 bar spoon B&B Benedictine
1 bar spoon Lucid Absinthe
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir ingredients over ice for 30-40 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass, twist lemon over glass, coat rim, and garnish.
