About this Cocktail

A play off the classic Bombay cocktail. It replaces the brandy with cognac, and Grand Marnier with Benedictine, resulting in a smokier more herbal flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
  • .25oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .25oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 bar spoon Benedictine
  • 1 bar spoon B&B Benedictine
  • 1 bar spoon Lucid Absinthe
  • 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:

Stir ingredients over ice for 30-40 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass, twist lemon over glass, coat rim, and garnish.
