About this Cocktail
Ran out of Averna, decided to get Bonal (lighter, more citrus), then found this recipe created by Todd Smith from San Francisco. It's the perfect way to have a boozy cocktail in the summer.
2 oz Rye
1 oz Bonal
0.5 oz Cointreau
2 dashes of Angostura
1 dash of Orange Bitters
Stir with cracked ice and strain into chilled coupe. Express orange peel and garnish.
