About this Cocktail

A bitter long drink with a tropical vibe.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1oz Baska Snaps
  • .5 oz Orgeat
  • .5 Fresh Lime
  • .5 Angostura 7 year rum
  • 21 drops Peychaud's Bitters
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except Peychaud's, in a shaker tin and add ice. Shake well and fine strain into a footed pilsner full of Scotsman ice. Mount a lime wheel and evenly distribute the 20 drops over the top layer of ice.
