About this Cocktail

My original entry for local amateur cocktail contest.

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon (prefer Eagle's Rare)
  • 1 oz. St. Germaine
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. hibiscus tea (Jamaica)
  • 1/4 oz. rose water
  • Edible flower

Shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass, serve with edible flower floating.

    Dropped some Liber & Co spiced tonic syrup in place of the tea. Amazing. With the bourbon, st Germaine, and lemon base, tweaking the rose water, syrup and even mint adds really opens some tasty doors.
