It’s simply just what it says it is! A summertime supper for the bourbon 🥃 lover or something to introduce a non-Bourbon drinker to the spirit. Simple to make with readily available ingredients. I like it in a high ball glass with a Collins ice cube, but you can dress it up or down.
2 oz Bourbon (something “proofy” to stand up to the other ingredients)
2 oz Pineapple 🍍 Juice
2 oz Homemade Lemonade 🍋

Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with two larger ice cubes and slow shake to get a good chill without busting up the cubes.
Pour into a chilled highball glass over a large Collins sized ice cube and place a glass straw in it. Now drink! Repeat, if you’re ready.
