About this Cocktail

First of my winter nightcap attempts ...

Ingredients:
  • 60ml James E. Pepper 1776 100 Proof Bourbon
  • Distillery Botanica Reverie Absinthe
  • Dale DeGroff's Pimento Aromatic Bitters
Preparation:

In a mixing glass, soak a sugar cube with the bitters, add a good splash of water and muddle till dissolved.
Add Bourbon
Add some small ice and stir to cool.

Rinse a rocks glass with Absinthe.
Pour in chilled bourbon and enjoy.

Can serve with a big ice cube if desired.
