About this Cocktail

A NOLA-inspired Original

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Rye
  • .5 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
  • .5 oz Grade B Maple Syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake vigorously for ten seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass and add garnish.
