About this Cocktail
Made this a few days back with an i initial idea of using several Austrian spirits. Added some resin and genever as it went along.
1.5 oz Bols Genever
.75 oz Zirbenz Stone Pine liqueur
.75 oz Apricot Eau de Vie
.75 Lillet rosÃ©
.5 German beet rock syrup
1 dash Brooklyn Hemispherical black mission fig bitters
1 dash bittercube bolivar bitters
lemon peel & thyme for muddling
muddle a sprig of thyme and a lemon peel with the syrup in the shaker.
Add the spirits and shake with some ice.
Pour into a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish w a sprig of thyme and lemon twist
