My take on the classic Crusta

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Courvoisier (VSOP would be best)
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • Little uner 1/2 oz Luxardo
  • Half a Lemon or 1 oz
  • Bar spoon of simple syrup
Preparation:

Get the glass ready, sugar rim with frozen sugar and glass
Peel a 360 Lemon peel
Add all ingredients
Shake
Strain into coated glass
Garnish with lemon peel
