Ingredients:
  • 2 oz cognac
  • 4 oz whole milk
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Nutmeg, for garnish
  • Vanilla extract, optional
Preparation:

Combine cognac, milk, syrup and vanilla if using in a mixing glass with ice, shake well and strain into a large highball over ice. Dust with the nutmeg. Original recipe, makes a big drink; reduce proportions if necessary.
