About this Cocktail

By Nick Detrich at Perestroika in New Orleans

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz brokers gin
  • .5 lemon juice
  • .5 Koval Caraway liqueur
  • 2 dash Bittermans Boston
  • Sparkling wine to top
Preparation:

Shake, strain, serve in a coupe. Top with sparkling wine & serve with a lemon peel garnish.
