Sara created this welcome drink at the Good Spirits Co. Christmas Cocktail Club in Glasgow. It showcased this excellent sloe and elderberry liqueur by Gabriel Boudier and Bernard Loiseau which smells and tastes like Stollen Christmas cake
Add everything but the fizz to an ice filled shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled flute and top with fizz. Serve with a piece of Stollen on the side.
