About this Cocktail
Having clarified some Gravenstein Apples, I decided to riff an Appeltini based on a Dave Arnold recipe in Liquid Intelligence. Since I changed it up a bit I played with the name.
2 oz Hangar 1 Vodka
1.75 oz Clarified Apple Juice (Gravensteins)
.5 oz 2:1 Demerara Syrup (could probably drop to .25)
.25 Dolin Blanc
2-3 drops Saline Solution
Stir, strain, up.
An apple fan would have been nice. Alas I used them all for the clarified juice.
