About this Cocktail
This is my cocktail entry for the Domaine des Cantons competition.
The reason I called it Broken Egg is because I use egg white in it, and when we were filming the video for it, I broke an egg by accident.
1/2 oz Pear PurÃ©e
1 oz egg white
1 oz lime juice
1 dash Bob's Coriander Bitters
1 1/2 oz Domaine des Cantons Ginger Liqueur
Garnish: Flamed Mole Bitters
1 sprig of Thai Basil
Dry shake all the ingredients and then Hard Shake, pour over a big ice cube.
Flame Mole bitters on top by using a spray bottle and garnish with a spanked sprig of Thai Basil.
