About this Cocktail

A cocktail I made for a special at work. Some what of a play on the classic Manhattan.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz of bourbon
  • 1/2 oz of Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 1/4 oz Perruchi Vermouth Blanc
  • 1 muddled Luxardo maraschino cherry
Preparation:

In a mixing glass add the sherry and cherry and muddle then add the vermouth and bourbon. Fill mixing glass with ice and stir well. Fine strain into a coup glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange.
