About this Cocktail
Recipe by Frankie at Copper Common in Salt Lake City. Part of the Fall seasonal menu, 2016.
1 1/2 oz Strega
1/2 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz orgeat
3 dashes dandelion and burdock bitters
1 leaf Oven-dried sage (for burning)
Shake all ingredients except Sage over ice. Light Sage on fire and cover with a mason jar. Pour cocktail into mason jar, seal and shake to incorporate smoke. Pour into coupe.
