I'm a huge fan of the Vesper. This is a variation where I added jalapeño and habanero peppers to my vodka and let it sit for ~2 hours.
2.25 oz gin
0.75 oz jalapeÃ±o/habanero infused vodka
0.5 oz Cocchi Americano (or Lillet)
Add sliced habanero and jalapeño to your vodka. Let it sit for at least an hour. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a twist (or a thin slice jalapeño). Enjoy!
