About this Cocktail

This was Graeme MacKay's contribution to the Spring themed cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow.

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Eagle Rare Bourbon
  • 25ml Byrrh
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml Grenadine
  • Soda top
Preparation:

Add first four ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled hi-ball glass and top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
