Yummy holiday cocktail with some WU influence.
1.5 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille
.5 oz Toasted Coconut infused Absinthe
.75 Coconut Milk Orgeat
1 oz Egg Whites
1 oz Cream
Combine all ingredients in tin, dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for as long as you can take it. Fine strain into chilled glass or bottle 👐
32 oz Aseptic box of coconut milk unsweetened
32 oz raw sugar
2 oz Clement Coco
Combine in blender and mix on high until sugar is dissolved
