About this Cocktail
Seems like the right time of year for a riff on an espresso martini. Verrry loose riff, using rye's heat to balance Borghetti's sweetness.
The Topo Chico gives this cocktail a beautiful head, making it seem all the more Caffè
1.25 Ounce Caffè Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
1.25 Templeton Rye
2 Dashes Bittermen's Tiki Bitters
Topo Chico (to top)
1. Add Borghetti, Templeton and Bitters into Boston shaker with ice
2. Shake until tin is frosted
3. Double Strain (Hawthorn and fine mesh) into coupe glass
4. Top with Topo Chico
5. Express lemon peel over drink and discard
