A new creation from Todd Smith of Pacific Edge. He recommends the use of Murray's Cider from Sonoma, but in this case we've used a hard cider from Normandy. It's on our new list of favorites.

1 oz Johnny Drum Private Stock
1 oz Jelinek Fernet
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Honey syrup
2 oz Dry "European style" hard cider
Shake Bourbon, Fernet, lemon and Honey. Pour into ice filled collins glass top with Cider. Orange twist.
