About this Cocktail
This is a riff on the gamberi cocktail my friend found on drinkwire. I thought it needed something more to balance it out and radler beer was the answer.
1.5 smith and cross Jamaican rum
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
.75 oz mint simple syrup
.25 oz Campari
Top off with steigl radler
3 drops saline solution
Add ingredients into a shaker except for the beer and shake with ice. Pour over crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel, pineapple leaf and top with the beer. Enjoy!
