About this Cocktail
A fall evening of wild mushroom hunting and apple picking on an Oregon hillside leads to this spin on a whiskey sour. Mushrooms not included.
1 1/2 oz Clear Creek Apple Brandy
3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4oz lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4oz maple agave syrup
1 egg white
Old fashioned bitters
Add everything to a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add lemon twist
2-3 drops bitters
