About this Cocktail

Adapted with my ingredients to PDT's Shiso Malt Sour. As you would expect, very herbal and citrusy.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Pendleton Canadian blended Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Vom Fass Libertine Absinthe
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Rangpur Lime simple syrup
  • 2 mint leaves
Preparation:

Muddle mint leaves with syrup. Add liquid ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain into double old fashioned glass with King ice cube.
