About this Cocktail
Adapted with my ingredients to PDT's Shiso Malt Sour. As you would expect, very herbal and citrusy.
1.5 oz Pendleton Canadian blended Whiskey
0.5 oz St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur
0.25 oz Vom Fass Libertine Absinthe
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz Rangpur Lime simple syrup
2 mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves with syrup. Add liquid ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain into double old fashioned glass with King ice cube.
