About this Cocktail

Had a brainstorm the other day, thought I'd give it a go, turned out fantastic!

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Collingwood Whisky
  • .75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Maple syrup
  • Few dashes Maple Bitters (I used Urban Moonshine's Organic maple bitters)
  • 1 oz. Egg white
Preparation:

Shake and double strain Ito chilled coupe. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters (nice aromatics).
