About this Cocktail
Had a brainstorm the other day, thought I'd give it a go, turned out fantastic!
1.5 oz. Collingwood Whisky
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. Maple syrup
Few dashes Maple Bitters (I used Urban Moonshine's Organic maple bitters)
1 oz. Egg white
Shake and double strain Ito chilled coupe. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters (nice aromatics).
