I salted (pink dead sea salt) the rim of my glass, but I felt like the saltiest sips overwhelmed the delicate taste of cantaloupe.
1 1/2 oz. Tequila Chamucos Blanco
1/4 Chilled Cantaloupe, seeds removed
1/2 Teaspoon Agave Nectar
1 Lime Juiced
Tiny pinch of Pink Dead Sea Salt
Instructions: Use a big spoon to scoop the flesh of the cantaloupe from the skin. Blend everything but the ice and Tequila. Add Tequila and shake with ice. Double Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with cantaloupe.
