This is a drink that was created by Jim Romdall at Vessel in Seattle, WA which has since closed it's doors. This was a very popular drink and has a very fun name. It was also a big reason why I got my own Perlini.
1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
0.5 oz Creme de Violette
0.5 oz Lime juice
Brandied cherry for garnish
Combine gin, creme de Violette, limoncello and lime juice in a Perlini shaker and fill with ice cubes. Pressurize, shake and then let rest until most of the bubbles settle. Slowly open the Perlini and pour into an absinthe rinsed glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
