Originated this very Friday in August after the discovery of sea salt caramel syrup.
1 oz bourbon
1 oz Laird's bonded applejack
1 oz Averna
1/2 oz Sonoma Syrup Co. sea salt caramel syrup
1/2 tsp allspice dram
Shake somewhat casually and strain into a rocks glass containing ice.
