Literally, an attempt to recreate a drink I had at Carbon Bar in Toronto (best brisket I've ever had) that did beautiful work with Green Chartreuse. Carbon. Copy. Get it?
1.25oz Larceny Bourbon
.75 Cinzano Rosso Sweet Vermouth
.75oz Taylor Tawney Port
.75oz Green Chartreuse
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir all ingredients. Strain into a coupe.
