Casanova Vesper

About this Cocktail

I made this at work as a Valentine's special. Calling it a Vesper is a bit of a stretch but the key components are still in there.

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Camomile infused vodka
  • 35ml Butter washed Lillet Rose
  • 10ml 5 pepper infused gin
  • 50ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Pink peppercorn syrup
  • 30ml egg white
Preparation:

Dry shake, hard shake, fine strain into a coupette. Garnish with pink peppercorns and edible flowers. Finish with a spray of the 5 pepper gin over the top (best to use an atomiser).
