Celery Gimlet

About this Cocktail

Khi Leonard's take on the Celery Gimlet at the Spring themed cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow.

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Rutte Celery Gin
  • 10ml Green Chartreuse
  • 15ml Briottet Fleur de Sureau (elderflower liqueur)
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml Velvet Falernum
  • 5 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
  • Pinch of Celery salt
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into an ice filled rocks glass leaving enough room for an obscene garnish of a celery stick and a lime wheel.
