Khi Leonard's take on the Celery Gimlet at the Spring themed cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow.
25ml Rutte Celery Gin
10ml Green Chartreuse
15ml Briottet Fleur de Sureau (elderflower liqueur)
20ml lime juice
10ml Velvet Falernum
5 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Pinch of Celery salt
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into an ice filled rocks glass leaving enough room for an obscene garnish of a celery stick and a lime wheel.
