About this Cocktail

Like a malty, floral Pisco Sour. RGF NYC 2013.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Scotch (something light and fresh)
  • 3/4 oz Dolin Blanc
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 drops Galliano
  • 1 pod Chamomile, muddled
  • 1/2 oz Egg white
Preparation:

Dry shake, shake, double strain into a coupe, spray chamomile tea over the top for aroma.
