About this Cocktail

A chai inspired tai. Featured on the bath & bottle Winter 2014 menu.

Ingredients:
  • 20ml Wray & Nephew
  • 12.5ml Myers Rum
  • 7.5ml El Dorado 12 Year
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 10ml Orgeat
  • 15ml Chai Tea Reduction
  • 25ml Lime Juice
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients and strain over rocks in a bone china tea cup. Serve on a saucer and garnish with a cinnamon stick and bay leaf.
