A chai inspired tai. Featured on the bath & bottle Winter 2014 menu.
20ml Wray & Nephew
12.5ml Myers Rum
7.5ml El Dorado 12 Year
15ml Chai Tea Reduction
25ml Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients and strain over rocks in a bone china tea cup. Serve on a saucer and garnish with a cinnamon stick and bay leaf.
