About this Cocktail

From last fall.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Brandy
  • Dash bitters
  • 1 or 2 raw cranberries
  • 4 ounces Raw Apple Cider
  • Slice or candied ginger
Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir/ let soak for 5 minutes. Pour in a highball. Remove raw ginger. Garnish with candied ginger on a toothpick.

    I made these in batch this year and let them rest with spices in cheesecloth before serving. I recommend that method for groups for sure.
