About this Cocktail
I'm leaving my bar in Pennsylvania for quiescence in Tennessee. This is my final cocktail special at Piatto Trattoria.
1 oz Saffron & Cherry Shrub
1 oz Kettle One Vodka
2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Quarter ounce of charred lemon juice
Charred lemon slice garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice save for the Prosecco. Strain into champagne flute, add Prosecco, and garnish with charred lemon slice.
