3 oz Chartreuse
1 oz dry vermouth
1 egg white
2-4 saffron threads
Add ingredients to Boston shaker. Shake then add ice and shake again for twenty seconds. Strain and pour into a coupe glass and add the saffron for garnish. Then sit back and watch sinking spirits rise.
