A fantastic, if evil, dessert cocktail with two 55% and above ingredients cloaked in sweet creaminess.
1 oz green Chartreuse
1 oz dark overproof rum
2/3 oz simple
1 whole egg
Add all ingredients to a shaker – the egg last. Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds. Shake very hard with plenty of cracked ice for another 25 seconds. Strain into a wine glass. Decorate with a few drops of Angostura on top of the foam.
