My wife had this drink at RM seafood @ Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. The bartender was kind enough to share the recipe. It is an extensive list of ingredients, but all are necessary to achieve a quality cocktail. You might want to ask a local "full bar" establishment to try and make it for you, or stop into RM seafood next time you're in Vegas! This drink ROCKS!!!!!
1 1/2 oz cucumber infused gin (Remove skin from half an English cucumber, dice cucumber, and infuse with Bloom gin for one week)
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz lavender infused simple syrup (Sonoma Syrup Co.)
1 bar spoon of Creme De Violet (Drillaud)
2 drops of celery bitters
1/2 oz lemon juice
Put all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice . Shake well strain into short glass with a few ice cubes. Fill glass to top with club soda garnish with a cucumber wheel, and a dash of celery seeds (optional).
