About this Cocktail
Tasting through the cooler months and working out a new bottle of Tempus Fugit Creme de Noyaux.
1.75 oz. Scotch (Monkey Shoulder)
.5 oz. Creme de Noyaux
.5 oz. Cardamaro
4 dripped fulls of Champagne Vinegar
5 dashes Rhubarb bitters
5 dashes Cinnamon Tincture
Rubbed Fir Needles
Combine all ingredients except garnish. Add ice. Stir to chill. Serve up in coupe glass. Garnish with the fir needles and a bourbon or other cocktail cherry (no juice) dropped into the glass.
