About this Cocktail

Tasting through the cooler months and working out a new bottle of Tempus Fugit Creme de Noyaux.

Ingredients:
  • 1.75 oz. Scotch (Monkey Shoulder)
  • .5 oz. Creme de Noyaux
  • .5 oz. Cardamaro
  • 4 dripped fulls of Champagne Vinegar
  • 5 dashes Rhubarb bitters
  • 5 dashes Cinnamon Tincture
  • Rubbed Fir Needles
  • Bourbon Cherry
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except garnish. Add ice. Stir to chill. Serve up in coupe glass. Garnish with the fir needles and a bourbon or other cocktail cherry (no juice) dropped into the glass.
